The tracking number from the Shipping Provider (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or USPS) will be synchronized to our Tracking System in 1-2 working days.
If your order already has a Track ID, but you can’t see any shipping info updates, please Copy the Track ID and then go to the shipping provider’s official website to track:

And due to the global epidemic, there may have an additional 2-5 business days delay when the package ship to some countries and regions.
If your order’s tracking number was still not updated after 7 days (one week), or you can’t see the tracking result, please contact us directly through the Order Confirmation Email, and our support team will help to check the order’s status and the package’s location for you.
